Training Institute Online
Grounded Solutions Network provides select Training Institute courses online, making some of our most coveted training opportunities available, accessible and affordable to the field at large.
We have converted courses from our popular Training Institute, which takes place each year at our annual Intersections conference. In order to make the training courses available to more people at a more affordable rate, we have converted these in-person courses to take place online.
Helpdesk Requests
As a member of Grounded Solutions Network, you always have access to our technical experts through our Help Desk. Previously requests were routed throughthe “Contact” page on our website. We’ve recently built out a new Helpdesk system to better serve the needs of our members quickly and effectively.
Member Connections Facebook Group
Looking for answers, support, or advice from peers in the field? We’ve created a member-focused Facebook group for Grounded Solutions’ stakeholders to interact, spread ideas, and to share stories and lessons learned in our sector. We aim to help foster our member community and encourage peer interaction by providing a forum for member organizations to engage with each other and Grounded Solutions staff.
Duty to Serve Certification for Fannie Mae
Grounded Solutions Network is partnering with Fannie Mae to offer a short application for homeownership programs to certify that they meet the Duty to Serve rule’s definition of shared equity homeownership. The application can take as few as 10 minutes to complete but could save your team hours of back and forth with individual lenders.
