Inclusionary housing (IH) is a proven tool in bringing that goal to fruition, impacting more than 900 communities nationwide, with many more under consideration. And with the new and improved Grounded Solutions Network Inclusionary Housing Calculator, documenting our impact has never been easier.
With a new look, new content and improved interface to visualize the impact of inclusionary housing policy on new housing development, Grounded Solutions launched its revamped calculator last year and has made continuous improvements in the period since. We incorporated user feedback to increase the amount of available data for IH practitioners, researchers and others seeking information and IH updates throughout the country.
