COVID-19 Requirements
Grounded Solutions Network is requiring all staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 1, 2022. All candidates must be fully vaccinated or plan to be fully vaccinated by their start date or by January 1, 2022, whichever comes later. ‘Fully vaccinated’ means that two weeks have passed since a second dose of the 2-dose series for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine. Offers of employment will be contingent on compliance with Grounded Solutions Network’s COVID-19 vaccination policy. A current employee or applicant (i) who has a disability or qualifying medical condition contraindicates a COVID-19 vaccination, (ii) whose sincerely held religious belief, observance or practice that conflicts with the vaccination requirement, or (iii) who qualifies for an exemption under applicable state or local law may request an exemption from this vaccination policy.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Grounded Solutions Network is seeking a talented Washington, D.C. based Executive Administrative Assistant who can deftly manage multiple administrative tasks (provide the CEO with scheduling, logistical, fundraising, and other support as needed) while also contributing to discrete projects. The role is excellent for someone who is skilled at working with executives, funders, and boards, handling confidential and sensitive materials, and making a positive contribution to organizational culture. Director of Philanthropic Initiatives
Grounded Solutions Network is seeking a Washington, DC based Director of Philanthropic Initiatives to help shape organizational fundraising culture and expand philanthropic relationships to diversify and grow fundraising success. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with national foundation staff and have a strong basis in non-profit fundraising operations. They will enjoy combining high-level strategy with hands-on proactive implementation, be willing to “roll up their sleeves” to achieve annual fundraising target goals and be energized by the opportunity to serve as a public-facing representative for the organization. Experience with nonprofits focusing on affordable housing, community development, social justice, civil rights, policy, and/or membership associations preferred

Product Management Associate
We are seeking a Product Management Associate who will lead product development for Grounded Solutions Network’s HomeKeeper program by partnering with the Director of Homekeeper in executing a product roadmap and by helping foster a well-trained, well-informed, and active user base. This role is excellent for someone who is knowledgeable about Salesforce.com ecosystem, product management, and project management and who is skilled in handling day-to-day operations, serves as a mentor to their colleagues, and has a knack for identifying and solving complex problems involving workflow processes and data challenges.
