Description: Succession planning is an important process that ensures your organization has individuals who can step into leadership roles. On the March Member Network Call, we will discuss lessons in leadership transitions, the full cycle in succession planning, and how to support a new ED. This is an informal, member-driven conversation to ask questions from peers with first-hand experience in transitions. We will be joined by CHT’s Brenda Torpy and NCLT’s Aboubacar “Asn” Ndiaye.
