You must be a Current HomeKeeper user for either feature set (HomeKeeper for Homeownership or Housing Counseling)

Part 1 – October 6th & 8th
Part 2 – October 13th & 15th
Price: Members- $85 per part | Non-members- $110 per part
This two-part online, hands-on training will focus on basic HomeKeeper functionality and tasks, to help you become a more confident and competent HomeKeeper user. You’ll see and practice the many ways that HomeKeeper can improve efficiency and increase capacity for housing counseling programs. You must be a Current HomeKeeper user for either feature set (HomeKeeper for Homeownership or Housing Counseling). Please sign up for the session(s) that apply to your feature set.
Part One: Homeownership (October 6th & 8th)
This part will share tools and tips including:
– customizing HomeKeeper to better suit your program
– creating Salesforce Reports and Dashboards with confidence
– completing data entry to roll-up to the National Data Hub
Part Two: Housing Counseling (October 13 &15)
This part will share tools and tips including:
– customizing HomeKeeper to better suit your program
– creating Salesforce Reports and Dashboards with confidence
– managing a counseling program and being ready to report to HUD or an intermediary
Bring your HomeKeeper login, ideas, and questions! An online post-Q&A will also be announced.
Note: This course’s content will be finalized on the needs and interests of the registered participants. Once you have registered, you will be sent a survey to better understand your skills and training interests.
This course is $85 per part for Grounded Solutions Network members, and $110 per part for non-members. (Total for Homeownership and Housing Counseling is $170 for members and $220 for non-members.)
