Suggested Audiences: Current users of HomeKeeper for Homeownership
2-part training, 90-minute sessions
1-2:30pm EST/ 10-11:30am PST Tuesday and Thursday, May 11th and 13th, 2021
This online, hands-on training will focus on basic HomeKeeper functionality and tasks, to help you become a more confident and competent HomeKeeper user. You’ll observe and practice the many ways that HomeKeeper can improve efficiency and increase capacity for homeownership programs. Organizations will also be invited to schedule 1-1 follow-up with the HomeKeeper team.
Come prepared with your HomeKeeper login, and bring ideas and questions!
This training will share tools and tips including:
- efficient ways to track your portfolio, applicants, & homeowners
- customizing HomeKeeper to better suit your program
- creating Salesforce Reports and Dashboards with confidence
- completing data entry to roll-up to the National Data Hub
Note: This course’s content will be finalized on the needs and interests of the registered participants. Once you have registered, you’ll receive a survey to indicate your skills and training interests.

Cheryl Curry
SENIOR SPECIALIST, HOMEKEEPER TRAINING & SUPPORTCheryl Curry brings over 10 years of experience in training and solution adoption, and is a certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder. A resourceful English major, Cheryl has worked at a variety of nonprofits, including Enterprise Community Partners and a Boys & Girls Club, where she taught digital literacy. She served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in her home state of New Jersey, which provided insight on community-based programs, mindful distribution of resources, and capacity-building work.
