Description: Growing and managing a real estate portfolio can be a resource-intensive process, and organizations may find themselves constrained by internal capacity. One solution can be partnering with other organizations to leverage their experience, expertise, capacity, efficiency, or balance sheet. Our Innovative Finance team will join us to facilitate a discussion on how shared equity programs have used partnerships to expand the scope, scale, or efficiency of their portfolios, with a specific focus on partnerships with developers and property management companies. Join us to learn more about the opportunities that partnerships can create and what considerations must be addressed in developing a mutually beneficial and effective partnership.
This is an informal, conversation-based meeting intended to create space for members to connect with one another, so please come prepared with questions about SPCPs you’d like to discuss with your peers.
