In our TIO courses, you’ll build skills through expert instruction, small group discussions, and reflective activities in an engaging virtual environment.
Participants in TIO courses receive:

This two-session course will help participants make the case for shared equity homeownership (SEH) in their local context, consider critical issues like racial equity and inclusion, identify the most common SEH models, and understand the local housing ecosystem necessary for success.
Affordable Pricing and Resale Formulas for Shared Equity Homeownership
Wednesday, November 6th – Thursday, November 7th
This course will offer hands-on exercises to help participants understand the importance of a thoughtful affordable pricing policy and the pros and cons of common resale formula types.
