ForEveryoneHome 2023
Grounded Solutions Network’s “ForEveryoneHome” initiative is an 18-month technical assistance, peer learning, and community engagement program to help localities chart a path to inclusive housing production and preservation through lasting affordability. The program works with teams of municipal officials and community leaders in select cities where households of color lack equitable access to safe, affordable housing. Selected cities will begin work in Fall 2023.
Catalytic Land Cohort
Since 2019 Grounded Solutions Network convened Atlanta Land Trust, Houston Community Land Trust, and Proud Ground in Portland, OR, in the Catalytic Land Cohort. Through this initiative, they receive technical assistance, strategic planning, peer learning and community engagement support, with a specific focus on increasing homeownership opportunities for Black and POC households. To do this, the Cohort have formalized collaborative community partnerships to create actionable strategies to increase affordable housing production and increase homeownership opportunities for Black and POC households.
ForEveryoneHome 2020
Grounded Solutions Network’s “ForEveryoneHome” initiative, is an 18-month technical assistance, peer learning, and community engagement program to help mixed-market cities chart a path to inclusive growth through lasting affordability. The program works with teams of municipal officials and community leaders in select cities where renewed growth and investment place communities of color at risk of displacement. We want to get ahead of the curve in these communities—catalyzing action to protect affordability and diversity before displacement pressures become too great. The cities of Indianapolis, San Antonio and Winston-Salem have been selected through a competitive process to form the program’s inaugural class. This cohort of three cities share a commitment to fostering inclusive growth in their communities.
