This initiative will support sector research and technical assistance for both established and emerging non-profit shared equity programs, including publicly accessible virtual learning sessions.
2025 Learning Opportunities Schedule
Throughout 2025, we’re offering multiple free opportunities to deepen your understanding of shared equity programs and community land trusts (CLTs) through:
- Additional scholarship opportunities for our six-hour Training Institute Online (TIO) courses, which offer deep dives on specific topics in shared equity homeownership.
- Educational webinars covering everything from foundational concepts to cutting-edge approaches;
